Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:
We offer 7 days hassle-free return & exchange from the date of delivery. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
Please return the product(s) in the same condition as it was delivered. If the product(s) is/are returned in poor condition or have clearly be worn, a refund would not be provided.
Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.

You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal or drop us a message at support@lmonteinternational.com and we will happy to help. All queries will be resolved between Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
Order cancellation will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
REFUND FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS:
Any items purchased during Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE:
If your pin code is not serviceable for a reverse pickup, you will need to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Make sure to include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition, with all original tags attached and the packaging intact.
Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), we will refund the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) to your bank account.
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-returns, as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please ensure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using Speed Post as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
If the customer feels that the product does not meet the standards at the time of delivery, they should promptly contact us at support@lmonteinternational.com within 1 day of receiving the product. Please include the product details (image and unboxing video) and a description of the damage. We will respond with return instructions.
Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a responsible period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
